My 1/3rd share can also be purchased and owned by 4 people for example, if the buyers wanted to go in on it together @ £4,500 each. The 1/3rd share can still only be used 1 in 3 weeks if booked in, but if not my 1/3rd can be used more than 1 in 3 weeks if the other 2x owners aren’t using it that weekend. Basically you can use the boat whenever you want as you’d be an equal shareholder.
The boat is in pristine condition, no faults, and has just had a very thorough service and deep clean carried out. Brand new upgraded speakers and lights have been installed, with new wood teak. We’ve spent a lot of money on the boat, which is why it is in such good condition.
It is currently moored up at Moniga Porto Nautica Srl, Lake Garda, Italy, and all ready to go. You don’t have to sort any transport for the boat, just turn up at the port and enjoy the lake. It has a year of mooring all sorted and a place to keep the boat at the port. Mooring includes summer and winter storage.
I have a list of places you should definitely visit whilst on Lake Garda, and also where the water is very shallow to avoid running aground.
The boat is insured, but you will need to contribute 1/3rd of the insurance amount to the other 2 owners. The insurance policy was approx. £1,000 for the year.
You’d fly to Milan Bergamo Airport, and it’s a 50 minute drive to the port to get on the boat. There is also car parking available at the port, which is included once you have paid the 1/3rd mooring charge. I haven’t paid towards the mooring charge for this summer and winter 2025 as I’m not using it, and the other 2 owners have paid towards the mooring so they can use it.
The annual mooring charge for winter and summer storage is approx. £12,000 per year (split between 3). You’d owe approx. £4,000 in mooring costs for summer and winter storage, which you’d pay to Roberto who runs the port. I’d put you in contact with him, with all email correspondence sorted after purchase.
There are no outstanding bills or hidden costs to be paid on the boat, and I’ve just paid £2,200 for servicing work. £2,200 being my 1/3rd costs, with the other £4,400 also paid by the other 2x owners. All emails and proof of payments to Moniga Porto can be forwarded to you for your records.
Due to work commitments I have no time anymore to go out to the boat.
The boat is actually up for sale @ £102,000 on Moniga Porto used boat sales website, to be bought as a whole. Each shareholder will get approx. £32,000 each ‘if’ it sells after Moniga porto take their commission. The other 2 owners (who also own 1/3rd each) are waiting for the boat to possibly sell by the end of summer, or by next summer.
The other 2 owners are still using the boat, and each go out separately approx. once per month for 3 days at the weekend. The rights of usage would be 1 weekend every 3, and booked in on the WhatsApp chat group / or emailed, which you would be added into and given all contact info.
