The full walk across swim platform is not obstructed by the motor and provides easy boarding from the dock to the transom of the boat. The oversized rear facing lounge area is an added touch of luxury and functionality with an easy to push bolster, moving back and forth. Underneath the pad is an enormous storage area that is easily accessed by lifting up the pad. The compartment is completely finished off and gas assist shocks hold up the lid. The standard 65-quart cooler can be found in this area as well.
Premium JL Audio speakers with cockpit and rear remote ensure that you will not miss a beat. The stainless transom shower is easy to access on the starboard side of the boat as soon as you come out of the water using the signature Four Winns ladder that is powder coated and enters the water at an angle for easy use.
One thing you really notice about the cockpit is the depth. This is important if you have pets or small children. The Four Winns HD8 has a deep cockpit with high gunwales and storage under every seat with gas assist shocks to hold them up. The lip on every storage compartment has a water intrusion channel molded in so that all of the storage is dry. Stainless steel grabrails can be found throughout the entire boat. Where there is a seat, there is a handle. Stainless cupholders can also be seen throughout the entire boat.
The leather wrapped helm design and layout is something as a captain you are truly going to love. All digital gauges, an optional centered Simrad GPS display, and aircraft style rocker switches make this a very luxurious display. The captain’s bolster is custom designed with a flip up bolster, swivel and on a slider. The seat is also notched out so that you won’t feel trapped in the seat and for easy entry and exit.
The portside head with an enclosed door is spacious and easy to access. There is a built-in sink area and ample head room in the compartment. The swing away door makes accessibility easy, and the porthole adds natural light when the door is closed.
The robust walk-through windshield is easy to operate. The center walk through is held into place with a magnet when open. The walkthrough doors protect you from the elements on a cool evening. The walkthrough is spacious and large enough to access the bow area with no limitations.
The u-shaped bow seating area is very deep, plush and comfortable. Gunwale pads surround the entire area. The optional bow filler cushion is a must have and truly completes the seating area. The under-seat storage is completely finished off and can easily be accessed by lifting up on any one of the cushions. Access to the bow swim deck is effortless.
The tower is not only elegantly designed, but also powered so that you can lay it down for trailing and storage.
This is one of those boats that you really need to come and see for yourself. This large bowrider is fun for cruising the great lakes if you stay inshore.
